Make Reservation

During normal business hours, the University Club is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Please note: Last seating takes place at 1:30 p.m.). For parties of four or more, we ask that your reservation start no later than 1:00 p.m.

Request a Reservation

We strongly encourage members to make lunch reservations a day or more in advance using this form, by emailing ude[dot]iupui[at]bulcvinu, or by calling the University Club manager at 274-7014. We also welcome telephone reservations for the same day, as well as walk-in customers on a space-available basis.

An increase in no-shows by faculty and staff who have made reservations is limiting our ability to serve our members. The University Club Board would like to remind members that if you have made a reservation for lunch and your plans change, please cancel by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation. You could be charged if you do not cancel and fail to dine at the University Club.

If you wish to have a vegetarian soup, please make this request when you make your lunch reservation (use the comment section). We are unable to honor special requests upon demand.

Please note, departments making arrangements for special gatherings for their faculty and visitors (large or small parties) can make payments: 

  1. Via Purchase Order (PO): The PO# has to be issued prior to the date of the lunch and listed on the Direct Billing Form, which is to be sent to the club manager (ude[dot]iupui[at]bulcvinu). After the lunch event, the completed billing form with attached receipt will be submitted to IU for payment through Chartwells. The club manager will inform the department’s point person about the amount of sale
  2. Via check, credit card or cash at lunch time. The department representative paying for the lunch will need to make arrangements for reimbursement with the department point person.
