Membership at University Club

University Club Membership

The University Club supports academic, recreational, and other extramural activities of its members. All faculty and staff involved in university education are eligible for membership. This includes all full-time, part-time, and adjunct faculty; librarians; visiting, distinguished, and retired faculty; administrators; staff; trustees; alumni; and others associated with the University.

Memberships are for the current academic year and automatically expire on August 31. Renewal information is sent annually to the e-mail address you provide.

Individual Membership

  • Membership dues are accepted via online payment through PayPal and dues are required to be paid at the time of the application. (Please note: You do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay for your membership online).

Unit Membership

$80$120
Annual membership for units with 20 members or lessAnnual membership for units with more than 20 members
  • Membership includes one free club rental for an event
  • Units must specify a contact person who will work with the University Club manager for all lunch reservations for the unit
    • No walk-in lunches from unit members unless they have individual memberships

Please note: If you have previously held a membership with University Club - you must go through the renewal process using the above link.

Your passcode, set up during the sign-up for initial membership, will be needed for renewal. If you are unsure of your passcode and would like to set up a new one, please contact us at ude[dot]iupui[at]bulcvinu. You should receive a response in 24-48 hours.
